“I once had a city plow truck pass through our street covering my sidewalk in a 3 ft drift of snow. When I emailed Best Bet Lawn to clear the drift, which was not their fault, they promptly came within 1 hour and had it cleared. This was at 10pm at night as well. I can fully appreciate a company that understands the urgency of freezing piles of snow. I have never before seen service quite like this in my 50 plus years in this city.”
