3. How often is snow cleared during continuous snowfall extending for forty-eight hours and more?
During continuous snowfalls, we clear residential properties once every twenty-four hours. You can expect to see us at the same time each day at these events. Commercial properties may receive two visits within a twenty-four hour period to accommodate more substantial foot traffic.
4. Does it cost more to have my snow cleared early morning?
Yes. To have snow removed first on the list costs more. We have to prioritize you meaning you get employees on standby sooner than other properties.
5. Is salt environmentally friendly?
Yes. We only use Enviro Traction Mix, which is 90% sand and 10% enviro-salt. This mixture allows for longer lasting traction and is gentle on decorative concrete.
6. Do you have a referral program?
Yes, we offer discounts to both parties in the case of referrals. The only condition is that both properties need to be in the same community. The idea is that we save commuting time by servicing multiple properties in the same area.
7. When do I get billed?
We send monthly invoices at the end of each month.
8. Can I choose the service length, for example, a month or the entire season?
Yes, we incentivize using snow removal for the entire season as there is a much cheaper monthly rate.
